Keep Baby Warm this Winter with the JJ Cole Bundleme

Winters here in Chicago are not so nice, especially if you are not one who enjoys the snow and colder weather (aka me). I needed something for Baby Jack to keep him warm, other than a winter coat. I do not put my little one's in winter coats while in car seats for safety reasons. I had been putting Baby Jack in a hoodie and winter hat and then I was wrapping him up in blankets. It was working but it wasn't very convenient.

I do want to mention though, even though JJ Cole has tested the Bundleme, and it has passed the FMVSS-213 test, using the Bundleme in your car seat may void it's warranty. So you may want to look into this.

Tests performed on car seats with the products installed found that the car seats complied with the Restraint System Integrity and Occupant Excursion portions of the FMVSS-213 requirements.

My Thoughts:

We love the Bundleme. It has been so convenient to zip up Baby Jack and keep him warm without having to worry about coats and blankets. And if he falls asleep in the car, when we get inside the store (or where ever), all we need to do is unzip the top so he's not too hot.

You can see in the photo below how the top unzips from both sides. It has two convenient pockets to store whatever you need. Also shown in the photo below is the holes the car seat straps and buckle go into - it's nice and easy.



The top can be tightened or loosened. We tighten it up when we are outside or in the car and then loosen it and flip it over the top of the car seat when we get inside. As you can see, Baby Jack has no complaints haha...
