Arm & Hammer Diaper Pail by Munchkin | Review

Arm & Hammer Diaper Pail by Munchkin

If you are a regular reader here then you know that I have a lot of kids in my household.

Gracie is 3.5 years old and ever since she was born, I’ve had daycare kids to take care of. This has always meant a LOT of stinky diapers!

So when Munchkin offered to send me their Arm & Hammer Diaper Pail, I happily agreed to put it to the test!

So here’s the scoop on this awesome new diaper pail… Munchkin and Arm & Hammer teamed up to design this self-sealing system that seals the bag and locks odors inside. And trust me, it’s really a great system!

While the lid closes, it twists the bag shut with the dirty diapers inside, basically sealing the bag. At the same time, the Arm & Hammer baking soda cartridge absorbs the odor and releases baking soda each time. The cartridge lasts over 90 days and refilling is easy.

The bag is super easy to load and unload and each bag holds up to 25 diapers.

My Thoughts:

I used this diaper pail the first week for my cloth diapers that I use on Jack. I just threw them in and then lugged the bag of dirty diapers up to the laundry room. The second week I used this for disposables that I use on one of my daycare kids and I used disposables on Jack that week too. I have to say, this worked much better than tossing the dirty diapers into the garbage. My normal ‘system’ is to put dirty diapers in a plastic grocery bag, tie it up and toss it in our trash. By the end of the day I do notice the stench so I take out the garbage. I did not have this issue with the Arm & Hammer Diaper Pail by Munchkin. It works great! And I’ve always been a fan of Arm & Hammer baking soda! It’s a staple in our household for sure! We use it for many things, even washing our hair!

  6. They have so many cute items. I like the travel tray for the car and also the back-pack with the leash. I think those are important when out and about, like at a fair.
