Have you heard of Brothers-All-Natural Fruit Crisps?
I had not, until I stumbled upon them at Wal-Mart one day. I didn’t think there was anything special about this freeze-dried fruit, considering I have had freeze-dried fruit before. No one brand ever stood out better than another…
Until I tried Brothers-All-Natural Fruit Crisps.
Brothers-All-Natural Fruit Crisps!
“The brothers Matt and Travis Betters, capitalized on the U.S. trend of freeze-dried fruit in cereals and coupled that with consumers' food concerns like portion size, calorie count and desire for healthy choices to create their own line of freeze-dried products that would revolutionize the snack market.
Brothers-All-Natural sources fresh fruit from around the world and freeze-dry it into thin and flavorful chip-like "crisps". As for their potato crisp, it took the brothers four years of experimenting, trial and error to come up with what they believe is the perfect potato chip. The crisps contain no fat, no preservatives, and are very low in calories.
Additionally, many consumers are concerned about common food allergens, which is why Crisps are processed at a facility that does not manufacture any products containing nuts, dairy, soy or wheat. This year Brothers-All-Natural also launched their Fruit and Oats breakfast cereal which combines their best selling fruit crisps with whole grain oats.”
I was sent a variety box of Brothers-All-Natural Fruit Crisps to try out. At the time, Gracie was just under 2 years old and she was going through a very picky eating stage. Not only that, but she still had only a few teeth. She was very behind the normal schedule of getting her teeth in. Brothers-All-Natural Fruit Crisps were just about the only thing Gracie would eat. Her favorites were the peaches and the cinnamon apples. Well, I take that back… she also loved the berries.
All of these fruit crisps practically melt in your mouth. We found that the bananas were the hardest to bite/chew for Gracie, but they were very good and the rest of us (who have teeth) LOVED them!!
Brothers-All-Natural Fruit Crisps were a HUGE HIT with my daycare kids. I had two 1 year old’s at the time and a 5 year old. All of my daycare kids LOVED getting fruit crisps for their snack or with their lunch! They especially loved the Disney design on the package! There are so many to chose from: Cars, Disney Princesses, Mickey’s Clubhouse, Toy Story!
My older kids and my husband also really enjoyed, in fact they ‘fought’ over the peaches. My husband won, haha.
